In fairness to the restaurant I've never been there, this review is for Wellington's food wagon (a little trailer) which I encountered in Memphis. To be blunt I was disappointed, none of the flavors were very distinct, the food was bland. Memphis barbecue is world famous, so anyone running a barbecue restaurant done here is running a big risk of being second-rate. The ingredients for good barbecue are not complicated so the secret has to be in the preparation and cooking. In my opinion, do it right or don't it at all. Sorry folks...
